yay this thing is finally working! in the time between the last entry and now i've been suffering from some major inspiration. i've decided that i want to produce a newsletter about me to send to all pals and swappers about 4 times a year to sharpen my design skills, and also put some of the things that i've learnt while tutoring into practice.
i want to develop my own template for my diary, although it could still take me awhile to get organised. i know html pretty well and i've also started looking more deeply into style sheets for webpages, and discovered that there's lots of funky things i can do without breaching w3c (a standard set up for producing webpages for usability and accessbility). it can sometimes be frustrating to get something to look like you want it to when you have to conform, but on the flip side it is a good thing to set standards.
anyway, not much happening again. just been plodding around the house today reorganising things and getting my marking into piles. also went to macca's to get the care bears toy for this week. i LOVE care bears! they take me waaaay back to the good old days. i love my little ponies too.
i'm sick of the noise coming from next door - just finish demolishing already! the ground has been shaking for over a week now. and i'm not happy about the house being knocked down. means we'll be getting some stupid new modern ugly duplex house thing that will cost some ridiculous amount of money and attract rich snobs. grr!
ok enough of that - i think i'll snuggle under my warm blanket now and do some knitting while i find out more about the coach of my footy team being sacked. should be interesting.
