well, thanks to a cold and easter, i'll have almost a week off work! woo hoo! so far i have used the time wisely - i fixed my friend's website that she's using to keep everyone updated on her big worldwide holiday (it's written in php and there were a few little mistakes that she didn't have time to fix). i've done some cleaning up, thoroughly vacuumed my room and gotten rid of some old papers from uni so that i don't have so much stuff (i have 3 A4 boxes full of uni papers that i want to cull down to 1!). the next one to tackle is all my school stuff. i'm also getting rid of lots of old clothes that seem to be appearing in all sorts of places... i don't need them anymore so i might as well give them to someone who does.
i still haven't caught up on my mail but i have lots of 3kg swaps which are *almost* ready. i was waiting for a swap which i could use to finish them off, but i think i might just have a slam making day instead! i've been pretty spoilt with lots of returns lately, so thanks to everyone who's returned stuff to me - it's very much appreciated :)
i've been very good with my money for awhile now, and i finally got paid for a website that i did about 8 months ago, so yesterday my sister and i went to kmart for some last-minute easter shopping and to buy stuff for ourselves since it was 15% off storewide! i got some prepaid phone credit (yep - 15% off that too!) and i picked up the final season of angel in 2 box sets - i was so excited when i saw that cos i thought that they weren't making them in boxes anymore! i also bought some funky plates and platters for cheap! i like going to kmart cos they always have some nice plates that they reduce a lot, and now i have the full set. yay! i also bought some chocolates and a DVD each for my brother and sister for easter and a huge 1kg egg for my cousins to share. i found 2 mlps that i don't have yet i also bought some dry food and treats for my dog . on the way out, i found my fave bead containers at long long last!!!! i've needed them for ages to put all my beads in, and i've been looking for them in kmart for about 3 months and they finally have them again! i bought 4 :)
well, i must get going now - i'm off to the footy soon. have a brilliant easter and eat lots and lots of chocolate!
