i took lilly out for a big long walk yesterday and i was completely amazed at how well-behaved she was! it's the best she's ever been on a walk and there were heaps of distractions! she heeled nicely for 95% of the time, and when we had to cross the road, she sat down when i asked her to and walked when i told her to without any trouble!

i was meant to go to the movies last night cos i've got free tickets but i got home too late from my doggy walk to see what i was going to see ('hitch' - not a first choice but on the free tickets list) and all the others were 'no free ticket' movies so i hired 'hero' instead. it was absolutely brilliant! the scenes were absolutely stunning and the sword fights were very elegant. definitely worth the $2 it cost to hire! i also bought an ex-rental version of 'suddenly 30' for $15 cos i saw the movie last week and really enjoyed it.
